Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ChandanagarHUB (chandanagarhub.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering
• One person may not maintain more than one account
• ChandanagarHUB reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or security breach.

Posting Ads

Users may post ads for legal items and services. All ads are reviewed by our admin team before going live. By posting an ad you agree that it will:

• Be accurate, honest and not misleading in any way
• Relate only to items or services you own or are authorised to sell
• Include genuine photographs of the actual item being sold
• Not duplicate existing ads you have already posted
• Include accurate location and contact information

Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited on ChandanagarHUB:

• Illegal items, weapons, drugs, explosives or counterfeit goods
• Adult content, pornography or any explicit material
• Misleading, fraudulent or scam listings
• Stolen or pirated goods or software
• Hate speech, discriminatory or offensive content
• Spam, bulk posting or automated ad submission
• Services that violate Indian law or regulations
• Personal information of other users without their consent

Ad Limits and Paid Plans

Plan payments are processed manually via UPI. Payments are non-refundable once a plan is activated. Plans expire on the date indicated in your dashboard and must be renewed manually.

Transactions Between Users

ChandanagarHUB is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any transaction between users and we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or delivery of any item listed.

• All transactions are solely between the buyer and seller
• We strongly recommend meeting in public places and inspecting items before payment
• We are not responsible for any loss, damage or fraud arising from user transactions
• We do not handle or process payments between buyers and sellers

Chat and Messaging

All messages and conversations on ChandanagarHUB are stored and monitored by our admin team for safety and moderation purposes. By using our chat feature you consent to this monitoring.

• Do not share bank details, OTPs or passwords in chat messages
• Suspicious conversations may be flagged, closed or reported
• Using our messaging system for spam or harassment will result in account suspension

Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content (photos, descriptions, videos) you post on ChandanagarHUB. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your content on our platform for the purpose of operating the service. We may remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

Platform Availability

We strive to keep ChandanagarHUB available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend the platform for maintenance, security updates or upgrades without prior notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from downtime.

Limitation of Liability

ChandanagarHUB shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses from transactions with other users
• Account suspension or termination
• Platform downtime or data loss
• Reliance on any listing or information posted by users

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana. By using our platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
